I’m ashamed to admit that I have been living in San Antonio for three years now and have never visited the San Antonio Zoo. There are many places and things to see in San Antonio, the zoo being one of them for a great family outing.
I finally made it to the zoo and it was a wonderful experience. I am totally hooked and plan on making visits more often. Be sure to check back for photos of what the San Antonio Zoo has to offer if you have not been already.
Wow, that green snake shot is impressive. I love the detail in the scales, and the movement you’ve put into the shot with the snake coiled up. I want to go snapping now

+1 to the snake comment – it’s pretty sweet.
The one that gets me is the shark. That is dead on sharp. Really quality for a tank shot… which are so easy to mess up.

Thank you, James! I really look forward to heading back to the Zoo. I didn’t spend much time at the shark tank because there were so many people by the time I got to it. I love sharks, and really want to try my hand at getting more photo’s of them.
